United States: Geismar hosted Congressman Joe Cunningham for a tour of their facility in Beaufort

Together with the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) and Railway Engineering Maintenance Suppliers (REMSA) associations, Geismar had been honoured to host Congressman Joe Cunningham, representative of 1^st district of South Carolina, in their facility in Beaufort.

Established for over 40 years in the United States, Geismar serves its American customers through a full range of solutions dedicated to installation, maintenance and control of railway and overhead line systems.

Staff members attended the official event, meeting of significant relevance to the local community. Joe Cunningham is a great support to the development of the industrial networks in the region. Following the visit, he further stated that: « it was a pleasure to tour Geismar North America’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Beaufort. The company plays an important role in Beaufort’s economy and I look forward to continuing to work with the stakeholders involved to maintain strong relationships with our business and transportation industries.”

Geismar North America President Alan Reynolds was delighted by this visit and stated: « we had the privilege of hosting Mr Cunningham in our great factory. We are very proud to contribute to the development of the American economy and the railway industry, with products manufactured on American soil”.
